Once your system is configured (usually around three business days), we will contact you to arrange free personal delivery.
When your system is ready-to-go, we will contact you by email, text or phone to arrange free, right-to-your-door delivery at your convenience.Â
We deliver your system personally to make sure it gets to you without delay, in perfect condition and so we can answer any questions you might have.
When we deliver your system we can also install it for you at the same time.Â
If you prefer to install it yourself, we can provide assistance for you either on the phone or via video chat.
We will also be happy to check out your system after self-installation to make sure everything is working properly.
After your system is installed, you have a full 60 days to try it out. If at any time during your 60-day trial you decide you’re not happy with your new system, just get in touch and let us know. We will come out to your home, pick up your system and provide you with a full refund.
